RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Recruitment and selection qualified Indonesian seamen in accordance with the recruitment instructions of the Principal. For this purpose, the Agent shall cause all seamen hire pursuant of this Agreement to enter into such hipboard and employment contracts upon such terms and condition as are within the standards prescribes by the applicable International Conventions, Law of applicable Flag or Crew State and/ or upon such specific terms and conditions as are agreed upon by the Principal, the Agent and/ or the Seaman

FACILITATING INTERVIEWS OF RECRUITMENT CANDIDATES BY THE PRINCIPAL OT ITS NOMINEES
Carrying out documentation checks on recruitment candidates as required by the Principal or its nominees. These shall include-but not restricted to- license verification and validity of medical fitness certificates

IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE
Arrangement of immigration clearance for Crew and obtain such permits, approvals, and visas to ensure that Crew can enter into and work in the Location and any other relevant region(s)

SEA TRIAL AND DELIVERY

Sea trials are conducted to measure a vessel’s performance and general seaworthiness. Testing of a vessel’s speed, maneuverability, equipment and safety features are usually conducted. in attendance are technical representatives from the builder, governing and certification officials, and representatives of the owners. Successful sea trials subsequently lead to a vessel’s certification for commissioning and acceptance by its owner
